The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is launching Andiamo al Mercato, a new monthly brunch and market experience.
Debuting 25 July, the experience will take place on the last Saturday of each month, bringing together food, live music, local artisans, and retail offerings from 11am to 4pm.
The event, at the hotel’s restaurant, Andiamo Circolo Sportivo, will feature an à la carte brunch menu designed for sharing and grazing, with guests able to reserve a table or drop in to enjoy the market and atmosphere.
A live DJ will provide entertainment throughout the afternoon, while a curated market floor will feature local vendors and artisans alongside retail offerings from luxury boutiques at the resort.
The concept is inspired by the Italian ‘circolo sportivo’, or sports club, which traditionally serves as a social gathering place where people can meet, talk and spend time together.
At The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, we are always seeking new ways to bring our guests and local community together through memorable culinary and cultural experiences,” Keisha Parcells Robb, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman hotel manager, told Cayman Independent.
“Inspired by the Italian circolo sportivo – where sport, conversation, and connection come together – Andiamo al Mercato transforms the traditional Saturday brunch into a lively afternoon gathering.
“We look forward to welcoming guests to this new weekend tradition that celebrates the joy of gathering, savouring great food, and taking the time to connect,” Parcells Robb said.
