PwC Cayman Islands is looking to bring the next generation of professionals into the fold, with applications now open for its 2026 Career Development Programme summer internship.
Successful participants will receive support, access to mentors and the chance to work alongside professionals in assurance, tax or advisory services.
“We’re here to guide you every step of the way as you build your career and discover what excites you most,” the accounting and advisory firm said on its website.
In a fast-paced Grand Cayman office environment, interns will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting varying challenges and scope
The firm expects participants to take ownership of their own growth and engage actively with the teams around them.
“You are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative and produce quality work that adds value for our clients and contributes to our team’s success,” PwC said.
“During your time at the firm, you start to establish your personal brand, paving the way to more opportunities.”
Applications close on 7 April and can be submitted online through PwC’s website.
PwC is not the only firm investing in the next wave of Caymanian professionals.
Ogier is also accepting applications for its annual scholarship programme, with a 28 February deadline for Caymanian students considering a career in law.
The Ogier programme is open to students at A-level, undergraduate, postgraduate, and Truman Bodden Law School levels.
