Members of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) came together to pack and deliver hurricane kits to the elderly.
Working with Meals on Wheels, volunteers packed 27 gallon bins with water, non-perishables, cleaning and hygiene products.
They then delivered the kits to homes across Grand Cayman.
The annual event on 7 June was organised by CIIPA’s community relations committee and hosted by KPMG.
CIIPA CEO Sheree Ebanks said: “CIIPA’s ‘Hurricane Kits for the Elderly’ event is a testament to what we can do when we come together to give back.
“Every year, CIIPA members give their time and resources to help the most vulnerable in our community and I’m so glad we are able to assist in this way.”
