An upcoming workshop will look at how leaders can support their team’s growth and development while driving results.
The session, organised by the Chamber of Commerce, will focus on identifying individual strengths within the team, and fostering collaboration and accountability.
It will also discuss setting clear expectations and aligning individual goals with organisational objectives, and developing tailored growth plans to support career development.
It will be led by personal and business coach and learning and development specialist, Lorna Murphy, who has more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector.
The workshop runs from 9am to 1pm on 10 July at Unit 4-107, Governors Square, Seven Mile Beach. It costs $250 for chamber members and $325 for future chamber members.
