The Cayman Islands Cancer Society (CICS) is inviting the public to its free health and wellness fair.
The event, at Hotel Indigo from 9am to 2pm on 13 September, will feature free health screenings, talks by medical and corporate professionals, fitness and nutrition demonstrations, interactive workshops and giveaways.
A CICS spokesperson told Cayman Independent: “The CICS is proud to host our 2025 Conquering Cancer Symposium and Health Fair, a landmark event dedicated to advancing cancer awareness, prevention, and care in our community.
“This gathering brings together medical professionals, patients, caregivers and the public to exchange knowledge, access free health screenings, and explore a new era of advanced treatments.”
The event will kick off with a free silent disco organised by wellness events company, IslandSoul.
It starts at Governors Beach at 8:30am and will travel to Hotel Indigo on Seven Mile Beach.
The fair itself, which is suitable for the whole family, begins at 9am and runs to 2pm.
Registration for the disco can be made by emailing brianna@cics.ky. Attendance at the fair does not require prior registration.
