Three agents from REMAX Cayman Islands have secured places in the REMAX Top 100 2025 Year-End rankings.
According to the 2025 list, sales associate Mark Gaus ranked 12th, with colleagues Samantha Payne and Claudia Subiotto taking 24th and 76th positions, respectively.
All three are based at REMAX Cayman Islands’ Seven Mile Shops office in Grand Cayman.
Gaus has built a track record in the brand’s global tables, having previously been ranked number one in residential sales among more than 500 agents in the Caribbean and Central America and number 22 globally (outside North America) in 2020.
He was also recognised as Agent of the Year for the Caribbean and Central America region that same year.
Payne, who began her real estate career in Surrey while at university, worked across Surrey, West London and central London before relocating to Grand Cayman after a visit in 2010.
Since November 2010 she has operated across sales, rentals, new developments, property management and relocation services in Cayman, and in the 2024 year-end ‘REMAX Top 100 Residential Individuals Global’ rankings she was listed in seventh place.
Subiotto has lived in Cayman for more than 20 years and joined the Bovell Team at REMAX Cayman Islands in 2023, bringing prior experience in real estate, publishing and pharmaceuticals in London, New York and Rio de Janeiro.
REMAX is a global real estate franchise network founded in 1973 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
The brand operates offices in more than 110 countries and regions through independently owned and operated brokerages.
The latest individual rankings follow a series of strong results for the office at recent REMAX R4 global conferences.
In 2024, REMAX Cayman Islands was reported as the number one real estate company in Cayman based on sales volume, with 16 of its 37 agents featuring in that year’s Top 100 Global agent lists across various categories.
For the 2024 Top 100 Individual Residential – Global category, Payne, Gaus and fellow REMAX Cayman Islands colleague Dillon Claassens all appeared in the rankings at number seven, 22 and 16, respectively.
