Ignite the Human Spark SEZC has launched as a global culture, leadership and organisational change advisory firm based in Cayman Enterprise City.
It will help organisations achieve sustainable performance while maintaining integrity, human capacity and purpose, the firm said in a press release on 21 January.
Ignite the Human Spark SEZC was founded by leadership and culture strategist Nerissa J Persaud.
She brings a globally informed perspective to the firm, having lived and worked across the Caribbean, Asia, North America and Europe.
Persaud has advised boards, executives and mission-driven organisations on culture, leadership and organisational alignment.
According to the press release, the firm offers an integrated approach across three core areas: Ignite People, Ignite Leadership and Ignite Change.
It will serve clients across sectors including professional services, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, government, education, technology and social impact.
Persaud said: “Organisations are being asked to move faster than ever before, and while speed is essential, speed without coherence comes at a cost.
