Bachelor’s degree holders were sought for 16% of roles, while 4% required below high school qualifications and 2% required master’s or doctoral degrees.

Experience requirements revealed employers’ preference for seasoned workers, with 56% of postings requiring three to six years of experience.

Positions requiring less than three years’ experience made up 25% while 18% sought candidates with seven or more years.

Only 1% of postings welcomed applicants with no experience.

The highest-paying occupations included managing directors and chief executives, lawyers, incinerator and water treatment plant operators, policy and planning managers, and dentists.

Financial sector positions featured prominently among the best-compensated roles.

Salary data showed a clear correlation between education and compensation.
