Grand Cayman is set to take centre stage in a high-profile culinary voyage as ‘Chefs Making Waves Presents: Bobby Flay & Friends’ makes its debut stop on the island in November 2026.
The five-night festival at sea – organised by Sixthman with a21 and Entertainment Benefits Group – will sail a round trip from Miami aboard Norwegian Joy from 6 to 11 November.
The itinerary includes Montego Bay, Jamaica, and George Town, Grand Cayman, where passengers will have opportunities to go ashore and explore local flavours and seascapes.
Celebrity chef Bobby Flay will headline a roster that features Brooke Williamson, Leah Cohen, Scott Conant, Antonia Lofaso, Marc Murphy, Michael Voltaggio, Ayesha Nurdjaja and Damaris Phillips.
Onboard activities range from interactive cooking and mixology demonstrations to panel talks and Q&A sessions, all complemented by an unlimited open bar.
For Grand Cayman, the visit means a surge of food-loving travellers eager to sample the island’s own culinary offerings before heading back to sea, a press release said on 29 September.
Guests can also book snorkelling excursions and other water adventures showcasing the island’s reefs and clear waters.
“This sailing will be our most elevated yet on the Norwegian Joy,” said Sixthman CEO Jeff Cuellar.
In addition, the ship itself is part of the draw, with 11 bars, eight restaurants and unique amenities such as a go-kart track and spa.
Presale sign-ups run 25 September to 13 October 2025, with general sales opening 15 October. Spots can be reserved for $100 per person through automatic monthly billing.
