Walkers Professional Services has appointed Frank Eggloff as chief financial officer following a recent investment deal that established the business as a standalone operation within the wider Walkers platform.
Eggloff joins the executive team led by chief executive officer Steven Manning and will help shape the company’s financial strategy as it expands its service lines and strengthens its presence across its investment hubs.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in international financial services.
Before joining Walkers Professional Services, Eggloff served as chief financial officer at Universal Investment, a fund services and asset servicing platform based in Europe.
He also held senior leadership positions at State Street, including chief financial officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and chief administration officer for international finance across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
The appointment follows the completion last month of a co-investment by Walkers and Vitruvian Partners into Walkers Professional Services.
The transaction was first announced in December 2025 and established the business as an operationally autonomous company within the broader Walkers group.
Manning said in a press release on 8 July that the appointment comes as the company moves into its next phase.

Eggloff said clients are looking for service providers that can grow alongside their businesses while maintaining existing standards.
