CV5 Capital and Formatnull Investment Management Ltd have announced the launch of the Formatnull Digital Asset Fund SP.
The new Cayman Islands-domiciled digital asset hedge fund is established on the CV5 Digital platform.
It is designed for professional and sophisticated investors seeking institutional-grade access to systematic digital asset strategies.
The fund pursues a systematic, multi-strategy approach to trading, with an initial investment focus on spot trading in Bitcoin, Ethereum and major altcoins.
Its broader strategy is expected to include systematic arbitrage and perpetuals as portfolio construction evolves, a CV5 Capital press release said on 23 March.
Formatnull Investment Management Ltd specialises in artificial intelligence, web3, and decentralised finance.
A senior representative from the firm said: “The fund offers investors a distinctively informed perspective on applying technology to navigate and capitalise on the next chapter of institutional digital asset investing.

The fund is established under CV5 Digital SPC, a multi-manager umbrella platform managed by CV5 Capital and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
CV5 Capital is licensed under the Securities Investment Business Act, and its funds are registered under the Mutual Funds Act.
According to the press release, funds on the platform benefit from end-to-end institutional infrastructure, including independent fund administration and regulated custody.
